Bill has resurrected numerous franchises and took them to playoffs and championship games. He took a NO talent cowboy team to the playoffs his first year. After two years with this club, he knew it was time to change defensive scheme and revamp this entire roster from top to bottom, even the front office and scouting department.....but then the ego maniac Jerry decided he wanted more clout and signed T.O, a player Bill didn't want and after that whole season with his fake overdose and a playoff loss, Bill had enough working with Jerry's meddlling... This team under Bill was heading in the right direction, Jerry decided that he knew more and this is what you get.. Bill Parcells wasn't the problem, I agree he had some faults, but he wouldn't put up with this crap..
