Potential is a hard thing to measure. This year, it wasn't even close. In my opinion, whether or not that wildly swings in the opposite direction in the future is speculation that can hardly be paired with such definitive statements.

It has nothing to do with a bias, I've defended players from other teams many times on these boards, you claim this guy is some kind of superstar and he simply isn't yet. He gets two interceptions in a game and now he's the second coming? Please.

You guys sound like those sports analysts that pick a team as being great on Monday because of what they did on Sunday instead of what they've done all season. Like the teams that claimed the Commanders were the hottest team in the playoffs because they pounded the Cowboys in a meaningless game.
