Really, you like the draft over the Super Bowl?

I would of never guessed.

I respect that though......I love the draft.

Gotta agree with Hos on the 1st two -- that's the real junkie order right there. Props to you my gun slinging brother. We may rarely be in the SB but we are always in the draft.

How much do I love the draft? A few years ago I was in Phoenix for a conference the weekend of the draft. This was a bit before you'd have internet etc. in your hotel regularly. I spent 16 hours Sat and Sunday in a sports bar that was about a 30 minute walk from the conference. Yes, I did pay a ton of money to attend the conference (about $1200 total). I told myself I'd catch up Monday and do my duty at the conference, but simply could not.

Tree huggers (you and me) unite. The Draft is my Christmas.

It is the most anticipated event of the year for me. I usually get my calenders for the New Year and the first thing I do is write backwards the number of days until the Draft. That's the first thing that goes on my calender every year.

My fellow tree hugger has no interest in being a 2nd rate TiVO fan.
