Today is my 13th Furryversary!! Joined the furry fandom 13 years ago with a lion fursona. Then switched to the horse on my birthday later that year.

this year is the 50th anniv of elvis' last studio session.
in march of 1975,elvis walked into an rca studio for the last time...held at rca's studio c in los angeles...the result would be one of his most under-rated albums:
today...released in may of '75.

one of the better late 70s recordings...oft over looked.
he was in his wheel house.

the closing track on the today album.
this song caught his attention when tom jones recorded it years before.
i wish elvis had tried it earlier...but his voice by the late 70s had a deep richness that made the timing of this recording just right.
but i would love if he had tried it...say...in '67 when he cut guitar man.
