Making the Playoffs seems like the limit of the front office's ambitions, and is treated like a success.

I think I'm done with that mindset, I'll invest my time and energy into a team that's actually trying to win (And doing the things that it takes to accomplish that), but I haven't got the enthusiasm for a perennial also ran, nepo-project.
