I get what you feel about Reiner. His character is so intertwined in the
sinister backstory. In that aspect, I give equal weight to Annie Leonhart.
Overall, AOT is one of those rare stories (as it progresses) where there is no real dividing line between hero and villain. It can drive viewers to exhilarating highs and bottomless holes. Triumph and tragedy. The sucker can make you feel proud for the characters one moment and rip your heart clean out of your chest the next.
It took TEN years for them to tell the story in only four seasons. I am glad I did not start watching when it debuted. It was hard enough waiting for seasons two through four come out.
Each season's intro was as wonderfully constructed as the episodes. Season one's first intro (
link) remains my sentimental favorite.
Last comment/question before I AOT other members to death, lol. Which would you grade as the best Titan fighter (not including Eren because that would not be fair

): Mikasa or Levi? For me, Levi was unstoppable but I gotta give my vote to Mikasa--especially whenever Eren was in danger.
