That score from the 16 by Emmitt Smith, our RG Kevin Gogan pancaked the Bills LDE, our RT Erik Williams pancaked the Billls LDE, went to the next level and blocked out a Bills LB. That OL had its will.
The 2025 Cowboys need improved and creative OL blocking, a young power back and a dangerous 2nd receiver. Beebe should reach Pro Bowl level in his 2nd year. Guyton will be drastically improved. In the old days, he would sit on the bench his 1st year. Terrence Steele should be treated like a young Kevin Gogan; too slow for RT; move him to RG, as he grades out well as a run blocker and at 6'6" can hide our RB.
Jeanty would be a glove-like fit. I am concerned other teams will try to select him to deny the Boys their new thunder and lightning package. In that case, I draft the best WR, who will probably be the 2nd or worst case 3rd best in draft. Or if the Boys sign an impact free agent WR, I go DT in 2nd and 3rd rounds. If Jeanty is gone and we had signed a free agent top WR, I would drop down in the first round and pick the best DL (270 lbs or more and pick up an eztra #3). Then, in the 2nd round, I pick the best RB, whether it is Hampton, Henderson, or Kaleb Johnson. In 3rd round, I would pick a 2nd DL and a LB.
