Booger says free agents aren't free.
He wants the best bang for his buck.
For one T Higgins he can get four Jerran Reeds.

What would Booger do?

They are likely going to look at spending low dollars on a multitude of free agents but I highly doubt they spend big on any 1 person.

Problem is looking at this years FA class it’s pretty weak.
 
Could be. They don't have to go nuts. They need IMO another DE, 2 DT's, another G/T lineman a WR2 and RB1 another Linebacker too. Thats 7 players, they have 3 premium picks to fill 3. Can find DT 2 in the later rounds, probably a LB too. Use free agency for 2-3 spots. If you need cap space.. FIGURE IT OUT! You've had 30 years to figure it out.

A few names with ties to coaches that fill needs

- Evan Brown, Center (Klayton Adams)
- Will Hernandez, RG (Klayton Adams)
- Zay Jones, WR (Klayton Adams)
- DeMarcus Walker DE/DT (Matt Eberflus)
- EJ Speed, MLB (Matt Eberflus)

These won’t break the bank and have all played well under the current scheme. I really like EJ Speed who thrives at MLB

Zay Jones would be a nice vet addition for depth. But could he crack the roster?

I don’t see much outside of Lamb and Tolbert. He visited here last year but picked Arizona. I’m sure Jerry will still be interested.

He likely doesn’t get much more than one year, $2 million.

As a fan, I’d like to aim higher. But he is right in the jones ballpark
