You're a few Free Agent, do you pick Dallas or Philly/Washington?

Depends on position/playing time/contention.

The biggie to me is playing time. I'd rather play on a lesser team and play all the time than play for a super bowl contender and ride a lot of pine. A super bowl ring won from the bench is an empty thing.

Seeing how Philly and Washington have been successful this past season, does Dallas actually have a chance to lure free agents away from these two teams? Will it be a dog fight, or can we sell them on Micah and other players/history of this team?? This may get tricky, please give your thoughts!
Honestly, if you are player who seriously wants to win, it's an easy decision to make.

Still have a guaranteed deal still getting paid what does it matter money is all they care about these days

Who's paying me the most? After taxes who gives me the highest paycheck? That's the team I pick .
You took the words right out of my mouth. Who’s paying the most.

Unless you’re a FA that has maybe a year or 2 left in the league and has made stupid money and wants a ring. Then I’d go with Eagles, Washington, Chiefs or Bills. Like if I’m Amari Cooper I sign with the Chiefs or resign with the Bills.

My cousin had brunch with Jerry's former counsel representative's Uber so they're even though I'm over the hill I'm being told I have a legitimate chance of taking a job from a departed starter. So... I guess I'm going to Texas.

The question you are asking is, does winning matter to free agents? The answer is, maybe to some, but to most I do not think it is as important as they claim. If that were the case, the worst teams would never sign any free agents. Everyone would be knocking on the doors of the Eagles, Chiefs, Lions, Ravens. And those teams would be able to pay FAs less money because the players would factor in winning. But there is no evidence that is the case. Of course players would want to win if they had a choice, but I just do not think they would give up money to join winning teams.

I tend to agree with the late Giants GM, George Young. "It's always about the money." Remember, the agents get a percentage of the contract so the higher the contract the more they get paid too.

I agree with the others who say the FA's will go with who pays them the most. It's all about the almighty dollar!!

It's funny though creep you'll hear a player THEN say "it wasn't about the money!" like are you serious it really is, it's about respect lol respect =pay me

While being a Cowboy player these days is like having "rock star" status, I think it's half and half with the current NFL player.

This isn't tricky.

Players go where there is the best fit.

Sort of stupid to think that any player or agent feels they can predict where a team is going. Not a soul would have predicted the Commanders in the NFL Championship last year. They likely wouldn't have expected the 49ers to come in last place after being in the SB the previous year.

So my thoughts? Think more about your posts. Perhaps AI can help you refine your logic and make better contributions.
