You're a few Free Agent, do you pick Dallas or Philly/Washington?

If you were a FA and got an offer from all 3 teams, I think it depends on the player's wants... if they want money and lush accommodations, then probably Dallas, but if they want the glitz of two teams that just had really good years than pick one of the other two. Thing is was had 3 straight 12 win seasons, so really good seasons, but that didn't attract any more or less FA in my opinion even with the lush accommodations and cash.

There is no one-size-fits-all answer. Too many variables at play: age of the player, injury history, scheme fit, franchise stability, etc. And players “bet on themselves” all the time…that’s where playing time and starter/back-up status enters the equation. Taking a bit less money now but having a very real chance at being named a starter could set a player up for a huge 2nd contract 3 years down the road—that wouldn’t be possible if they took more money now but with less playing time. But then that’s where age and injury history comes back in lol.

I think this isn't a black and white answer.

First, you'd have to assume the FA received an exact equal offer from each team...Identical in every way. Obviously impossible....but the point of this question is about which team is more desirable, everything else being equal.

Once you assume that...then I think it comes down to the Free Agent. If it's a WR, I'd go to Washington. You have a passing QB, and a better chance to get tons of yardage there, compared to a running team like Philly that already has 2 star WR....or Dallasbwho sucks all the way around. I'd chose the team that would give me the best shot to strike it rich on my NEXT contract.

If it's any other position, especially RB, I'd choose Philly.

Except QB. I'd consider Dallas if I was a QB, since I'd know I'd immediately become the best QB on the team if I had any talent at all.
