For the fourth time in 11 seasons, the Cowboys will play in the Hall of Fame Game, taking on Pittsburgh on Aug. 6 in Canton, Ohio. The Cowboys will report to Oxnard, California, for the start of training camp on July 21. Former coach Jimmy Johnson will be among the enshrinees on Aug. 8. Safety Cliff Harris will be inducted as part of the Centennial Class on Sept. 18.

I'm actually hype for this, as I was planning to go to Canton that weekend to watch Jimmy's speech.

Cool deal. I thought about it, if I want to do a road trip, could go see some family, then go on up to see the HOF, that may be a possibility. Depends on what time the induction is, and same for the game.

But it would not be until the last few days type decision.

Yeah it's about a 7.5 hour drive for me. Pretty manageable. And I see the enshrinement tickets are as low as $29 in some sections of the stadium.

Should be an cost efficient trip. I imagine the biggest expense is going to be local hotels as you know they're going to price gauge.

I’m actually looking forward to the contrasting displays of admiration and respect between the Rooney family/Cowher and Jerry Jones/Jimmy Johnson. Should be entertaining
