What weapons? Cowboys receiving corps was trash that year till Cooper arrived. Panthers had DJ Moore, Torrey Smith, and Greg Olsen. And McCaffrey at running back.

Aikman finished in the top ten 8 times during his career for completion percentage for a season. Six times in the top 5 and led the league once. Cam Newton has finished in the top ten only 1 time in his career.

Deep inside they all know the truth. Thats why they become so entrenched with thier Dak Love. Constantly throwing Romo under the Bus and over enflating Dak's skillz.

Every year since Dak has been here someone has been thrown under thre Bus to take the fall for Dak. Romo then the whole Wr corp, offensive line, offensive coordinator then after all the people directly involved with Dak were all gone.

The blame moved on to RB Defense and finally the HC. Of course specual teams and Kicker.

Not once will they throw any shade on Dak. No criticism at all. And if you do they attack Romo, they even started attacking Aikman.

You left out rushing yards and besides the tight end (Olsen) injured early in the game. He had nothing. You can hate Cam all you want but he has never had any weapons until CMC got there. If healthy his talent is undeniable. Cam might be done physically though.

How'd you become a Cowboys fan?

My Dad growing up is/was a huge fan. At the time, we lived in rural NC, so the Panthers weren't as visible and accessible as they are here in the big city. Plus they were also an extremely young franchise with a not so favorable reputation at the time (Rae Carruth ordering the murder of his baby's mother, Fred Lane's murder, Kerry Collins's DWI's etc.).

When I was a kid, I really became enamored with Deion, Emmitt, Larry Allen, and Rahgib Ismail and watched them almost every Sunday. The rest I guess is history.

Your initial statement was the Cam had less weapons which definitely isn't true. I do think Cam was better than Dak in that game but Dak has progressed and Cam has regressed since then.
