and even as we speak some are clamoring for the return of dez Bryant. the disdain for cooper is surprising.
Dak has never slacked off or taken himself out under any circumstance. Dak has given us 100% at all times even when playing injured. Simply not an equal comparison. What he's saying isn't wrong but his delivery comes across as if Cooper is a bum. HE's not. This is the type of energy you should have for Antonio Brown or someone. This team as a whole struggled on the road last year. Hell they struggled in general. Dak, Zeke, Amari...it was a collective effort.
And Dak is my guy but to sit there and say "That's the guy you should pay!!!" but then dog out Cooper makes no sense to me. The asme things he's saying about Cooper can be said about Dak.
Dez whether hurt or not would never have taken himself out (or allowed to have been taken out) of a rival game against the eagles, especially late in the game with the season and playoffs on the line.and even as we speak some are clamoring for the return of dez Bryant. the disdain for cooper is surprising.
The Commanders wanted to pay him 22 million a year. It’s the market. Plus he played injured last season and did not make a peep. Rex said the same thing Rob said on FS1. The Ryan’s have an agenda. They really don't. Cooper signed his deal a few weeks ago didn't he? Why is it a talking point today?
dez might have been a distraction, but I think his demise was more attributable to recurring injuries to feet, ankles, legs, back and even his neck. the consequence of having to go for high balls all the time because he couldn't get open otherwise. Can't compare the two. Dez would obviously be a depth signing and wouldn't be the #1.
If they can sign Aldon Smith they can give Dez an opportunity.
ExactlyAnd if someone else signed him.
“how can dallas let another pro bowl player get away !”
Please draft a receiver in the first round unless you trade for Jamaal Adams.
The kind of player the Patriots would trade to a team like the Cowboys for high draft picks before they cost them a whole bunch of money. That's pretty much it in a nutshell.
Amari is a pretty good player that we just paid like a great player. That's what you get when you make the kneejerk mistake of giving up high draft picks for players soon to be FA's. In general, it's a dumb idea.
No, not necessarily.Hard to appear in big games when the ball is over your head or behind you. Plus he has some injury issues. Any way you slice it AC is a top 10 WR.

I like him too for around 12 mil/season.It's not exactly new, this thing with talented receivers losing interest when they're not used or things aren't going well. It's not ideal, but it's not uncommon. Wouldn't you rather overpay a guy that shows up no matter what? Absolutely, but Dak likes him, the fans like him and so does Jerry.

I say this to both im no Hypocrite AC is forever attached to Dak and we only signed him to help dak, its a mistake but the Damn has already cracked , so meh we better hope we are wrong about the effort side of AC and it was more about Injury or frustration but im worried hes just not motivated to be the best week in and week out..he was traded from Oakland for this very reason..What he's saying isn't wrong but his delivery comes across as if Cooper is a bum. HE's not. This is the type of energy you should have for Antonio Brown or someone. This team as a whole struggled on the road last year. Hell they struggled in general.
