Folks let me give you a little heads up about what I've seen so far from the 7th rounder. The two greatest quarterbacks I've ever seen that avoided a sack were Dan Marino and Tom Brady not because they were great scramblers but because they had an incredible slide step, watch the highlight where DiNucci does just that believe me guys it's a skill a lot of quarterbacks don't have and I mean hall of fame type quarterbacks.

This is a guy the Cowboys want to develop into a competent backup in a couple years' time. At best he becomes the next Brian Hoyer, Chad Henne, or Matt Moore.

In other words, let's tap the brakes on the DiNucci hype.

If they can develop this guy into a good backup, we'll be fortunate. We haven't had a decent backup QB in years. If he can be the next Romo, that's just an added bonus. MM seems to know his QB's so this is promising at the very least...

IF you guys want to get a tickle...look at the comments about Mike White when he was drafted and look at these about Ben. Yikes.
I liked whites potential
He had the physical part
He didn’t have the mental part
If you can quickly read and react it doesn’t matter if you can throw it a mile
