Let the money run out & get a taste of the real world Taco. Regrets are headed your way. You may never acknowledge them ... but nonetheless.

Miami Dolphins waive former first-round pick Taco Charlton - South Florida Sun Sentinel - South Florida Sun-Sentinel

The Miami Dolphins’ offseason roster makeover continued on Thursday with the release of a former first-round pick.

The Dolphins waived defensive end Taco Charlton, ending his short stint with the team after joining Miami last September.

Charlton played in 10 games with five starts for the Dolphins, totaling 21 tackles (14 solo), and leading Miami with five sacks.

But he eventually fell out of favor with the Dolphins coaching staff, ending the season on the inactive list instead of playing in the final four games of last season.

Claim him off waivers and pick up his 5th year option! It's like the Universe is giving us a do-over!

Good times.

Charles Harris - that's another pre-draft hype guy i have heard nuthin' from since he was drafted some picks ahead of the Taco pick.

and that includes Falcon's Takk Mckinley who ATL jumped ahead one spot of us to take him .... and now ATL has decided to move on without Takk ....wow!

Only TJ Watt made out of sumthin'

Good points. I wonder if their fan bases are tracking TJ Watt's every move with such tenacity.

Wow that actually suprises me. I thought he did alright over there. Once a HOTBOY always a HOTBOY.

Yeah, wasn’t bad considering he just arrived there and ended up with 5 sacks. There could be some underlying issues with him. He had his best summer/training camp with us so there could be something with his work
ethic that caused Miami to move on. He wasn’t a real “effort” type player when he was here. That’s what caused Marinelli to have such a problem with him.

Did you miss that part where he graded out as one of the worst DEs in the league?

I was never high on that guy before he was even drafted when his name was being tied to Dallas three weeks before the draft, He's not a defensive end, a one gap defensive tackle at best..
