The dogs not Elliot LOL but who knows with this society. I don’t think he did it on purpose but again who knows. Maybe she wouldn’t touch Her toes. OK getting out of hand. It’s really not funny
No, Zeke should get jail time.

The dogs should be evaluated to see if they can be saved. Not an issue that is easily determined. However, just put your child in place of the woman. The next time, those dogs could kill an innocent child.

Does homeowner insurance cover this?
Actually I believe it does. Depending on the coverage. And who is your insurance agent. It’s not funny, even if it does cover it I’m sure not the entire bill. If I have saved every dollar that I spent on the insurance. And put it away in a separate account. I probably would save $100,000 in a lifetime. If not moreBiggest scam besides healthcare. Which is also insurance

I’m just not sure it was intentional. Yes this is more serious. I shouldn’t be joking about it. I can only imagine the pain suffering the woman is going through

Yeah. I raised my liability a while back. A simple injury on your property and the bills add up fast. And if they sue then there is no money left to pay out. Insurance is a rip off unless you need it.

I could be wrong here but if the dog(s) is fenced with a warning sign ( such beware of dogs) does that not legally protect the owner?

I have $1 million rider. Even on my cars. Because believe it or not that’s not a lot of money today.

Are you sure insurance companies treat them the same way. Not doubting you, just curious
I think in Florida that it’s hard to get house insurance if they know you have a rotty or pit bull. Or there is a exemption if there is a dog attack. I have heard of people a while back not being able to get insurance because they had a rot. Maybe it’s changed now.

A bit the last pool cleaner also. Not the first incident and I don’t think they were tied. Plus she had an appointment. If this helps

What a stupid response.
Actually some people are held responsible for what their dogs do. I don’t know the laws of the state where he lives. Not as ridiculous as you might think

Anyone consider the lady provoked them in some way. Instead of immediately blaming Zeke, who may not have even been there at the time.
Yes I did initially until I read up on it. It’s not the first incident with the pool cleaner. They have Bitten before

My pitbull harasses the pool dude to be pet. lol.
She is usually indoors but the pool guy comes and goes as he pleases so occasionally catches her in the yard.,

Since he is usually armed with a water hose and 3-4 four foot long skimmer I doubt he's ever been concerned.
We've had a lot of subbed-in pool folks out though and I could see that being an issue if it were a smaller, scared of dogs person.
My dog was taught to hunt so she will nip your ankles if you run, lol.

But do they define a bull dog as a pit bull. They arent the same bread. Pit Bull is a mix between a bull dog and IIRC an English terrier

No sir. It’s not. I am not sure if I could retire off of it. But would like to try.
I am my wife both have a pension. I’m glad it’s not a 401(k). But the future is 401(k). And if you take a course on economics you can live with it. Even with the taxes that you have to pay down the road that you don’t while you’re saving the money. Too much to explain in to a little of a statement
