Ford is going to sell a lot of those...

For sure.

I’ve got a 2018 4Runner and the new Bronco has me thinking trade-in.

That said, I’m wary of Ford reliability. I’ve owned two 4Runners and they’ve been absolutely bulletproof. My wife had a 2004 Corolla we put ~225,000+ miles on with no issue before selling it.

I’ll wait a year or two to see what issues crop up with the Bronco (if any).

The 4 door are better looking. Reminds me of a Range Rover though. Every 50 year old dude who ever had a Bronco or Blazer is gonna want one of those...I do.

Of course, high end is probably the 4-door with the biggest engine, best tires and transmission. I just want a nice 2-door in yellow.........just to mess with the wife because she hates yellow cars
It is a horrible color for a car. Even Corvettes look cheap in yellow.

I agree for most vehicles but it looks good on certain ones like lambo, Ferrari, Bugatti, etc. That yellow bronco looks tight though
Different strokes, I guess. I will say, yellow looks good as a highlight color with black. But IMO, just about any other color looks better even in that case.

Of course, that yellow looks good with the black trim. I wouldn’t want just yellow, it needs to be intertwined. I have always wanted a yellow vehicle of some sort, maybe because the Tonka truck toy as a kid.

This is clearly comp for the Wrangler, which is pretty much a POS that kids love. I would have liked to see a larger Bronco, like the OJ model, that is more utilitarian. I am looking to replace my Jeep Grand Cherokee with another SUV but I don't need an off road vehicle. I want something larger and comfy but not necessarily luxury. I once had a Chevy Blazer with vinyl seats and vinyl flooring. It was a 4 speed manual with Chevy's baseline V-6. Loved that car. I could literally hose it down, inside and out, when it was dirty.

SUVs today are barely utility vehicles anymore. The Ford Explorer comes with 3rd row seats and I am not sure you can even remove them or order the car without them. Such a waste of space - and money if you don't need them. I like the Jeep but a lot of silly little things have gone wrong with it over the years mostly because of cheap parts they built it with. And can I complain about design? So many cars today are really difficult to repair. On the Jeep for example, there is a little plastic part, or gear, that turns the vent baffles in the temperature control system. If they break, you lose control of the air temp on the side of the car that has broken. The passenger side gear can be replaced from under the dashboard, although it requires some nimble fingers and a special tool. But the driver side gear requires a complete dismantling of the dashboard and console. It can cost $1500 to replace. The plastic gear costs about $ .50.

This is a little off topic I know but I am frustrated in my search for a new truck.
