Sure..Dallas just passed on paying a top 5 qb..
Prescott didn’t want to sign it. And the Cowboys didn’t wanna pay it. We both hit a homerun. We don’t know what the cap is going to be down the road. It could go down it could get worse. This is perfect what’s your problem

Prescott is it going anywhere. I wouldn’t take Rogers this season. Over Prescott. He’s a Hail Mary Media lover boy quarterback.

How do you suppose a deal is going to be agreed upon next year? What's the structure of the deal in your mind? Keep in mind, the price is going up and 35m per just got turned down

Dallas is not going to let Dak walk then sign a guy that rids them of the R3 comp pick for letting him walk as this assumes.
Actually Dallas isn't going to just let him walk period because young top 10 QBs are FAR too valuable.
This entire thread is dumb.

This would be even worse than what the terrible decision-making Commanders did.
They traded their guy and added an older vet who lasted all of a partial season.
They've been trash since and rebuilding mode currently with new everything.

Worst-case scenario in Dallas would be they trade Dak for a 1 and 3.
They then have the most draft capital in 2021 of anytime since Jimmy left.
They'd take a QB in the top 10 after moves up.
Then they'd go get a cheaper stop gap vet like Dalton or Rosen or Stidham to battle the rookie.

Stafford is too expensive to be a stop gap and no longer anyone's future.

I don’t care what happens next year. Right now we have a quarterback and a solid team.

Really. He led the no talent Packer offense to NFCCG. He also whipped our butts this year with no wide receivers. If Rodgers was our quarterback in that game we would have scored 60 points.

You don’t know if the salary cap is going up next season. It very well could go down. In fact some professionals are thinking so. That’s why they’re not paying the top money. You don’t know what revenue is going to be like. This was a homerun for both sites. Mahomes deal they could be kicking themselves in the *** if the cap goes down

Rodgers and McCarthy do not have a good relationship, so he wouldn’t be a possibility. I doubt Rodgers will be leaving GB anyway.
Green Bay drafted a quarterback in the first round. They have to see him play by year two. Rodgers is done there no matter how well he plays.

Cap going down has no impact on his franchise tag number..that will be a sticking point regardless in negotiations..dak won't sign anything less than the tag number of 37m..

That’s right the Going down has no impact on his numbers franchise numbers. He actually could’ve got paid more. Then with the capital of law next season. So again it was the best thing to do

You are talking about dumb and you name Rosen stidham and dalton as replacements...great choices..sounds quite dumb

So what’s wrong with that. Even if it was the case. That’s a good number. I like Prescott I think the kid is a winner is putting the right scheme. And that’s what it’s about. That’s what Jason Garrett lost. Everybody wanted 400 yards passing games. Prescott prove they could do it but we lost. Because you lose your balance

Yeah you obviously don't know the rules of the tag
Why you don’t think things can change. And even if they don’t that’s not a bad number to get paid. Especially if salaries go down like people are expecting. TV revenue is not there what do you think the NFL is going to get the money from

You think Dak is better then Rodgers? I hate Rodgers too he has owned us.
I get slammed for this constantly. I actually think Prescott is every bit as good as Mahomes. He got bless than last year Super Bowl. I’m with Terry Bradshaw. I thought he was going to get exposed. Overthrowing under throwing actually aiming the football at one point. And Prescott actually had the same numbers. I’m not a fan of Mahomes obviously. I’ve been watching football since the 60s so . I’m old-school football. This is candy *** **** today
