how could the villain be a comicbook villain if the criteria set is MOVIE VILLAIN.

if there were no oscar nods...it goes to my 2nd tie breaker...oscar nods for the film.

if that doesnt work....then go with which film grossed the most.
Oops, forgot it was "Movie Villains". I don't know how many of these villains are going to be from movies with any Oscar considerations. Highest grossing movie would be a bit unfair to older movies, I think.

1st Tie-breaker: AFI's 50 Greatest Villains list - better rank beats lower rank

If nominee is not on AFI list

2nd Tie-breaker: the-numbers.com movie comparison - better movie box office beats lower box office

Will start on Round 1 threads soon.

Are you going to somehow adjust the box office to reflect ticket pricing in different eras?
