To be fair there is a lot of hype from pretty much all camps really.

We will properly see how it's looking against the Rams.

As with most teams in the league, it will come down to how many key injuries hit us during the season. We can all argue about x or y not being good enough for the team but ultimately if we get hit with key guys going down then it won't really matter.

You left out the best part, @GimmeTheBall! The defensive line. They’ve now been called “monsters” by three different players.

Reporters are being hushed more this year, but they’re finding ways to have all four on the field together: DLaw, Griffen, Crawford and Aldon Smith and they’re wreaking havoc.



I’m buying the hype. This defensive line is going to be scary good.

It’s really difficult for me to pick the Cowboys in the season opener at LA as they don new stadium.

How’s 0-1 going to feel ? Will there be a sense of urgency to avoid 0-2.

Just remember, for every long pass that is great for the O, it means someone got burned on the D. For every sack by the D, someone on the O failed. It does seem like both sides are having some good things so that is positive. The deep secondary is kind of concerning though.
