I don’t think he ever plays again. He looked tentative to me and still broke his collarbone. You can’t MLB in the NFL unless you can go 100% into pile without hesitation. I don’t think he will ever be able to do that and if he can mentally, he won’t last a game physically. He is done if he is smart.

Anybody remember Tony Romo’s in-season “comeback” from a broken collarbone in 2015? Re-injured it in his second game back.

How about letting LVE heal completely and then return in 2021?

I think he tries again...but the next injury is the end.

You can clock the timing on a stopwatch.

Get Bernard and his attitude in there.

Theres NO way he can be slower and less instinctive than Smith. No chance.

I have a huge issue with the staff if they continue to run him out there playing this way.

Before the injury he was running around blocks and didn’t look too physical. They ran right at him and he looked shaky stepping up for a hit. He had to be a little hesitant after neck surgery....I hope he comes back healthy. Maybe this is gonna turn out to be better for him and give his neck more time to heal with a whole year to train. Either way put LB at the top of the list for next years draft.

Too fragile, move on.

Stop drafting these finesse, weak, non-physical LBers. You need violent alphas out there on D.

Any starting caliber linebackers projected to go around pick 32 in next years draft? We can trade up a few spots if needed with our comp picks.....

Just draft a MLB next year and call it a day. You can't count on this kid .. just like you couldn't count on Lee.

..no hope with this guy. He'll be back two games, then back out again. No hope with neck injuries.

Collar bones are stronger when they heal than before. It's a bone, not a neck injury.
On the play that put him out, he waited for the rb to come ro him instead of attacking the rb. He made the tackle, but got knocked on his ***.

He's off, just like how jaylon plays light on his feet. Neither of them will be punishers going forward.

Yeah, he's regressed as a player. We're missing Garrett and Marinelli......
