Because it appears we’re attempting to hold them entirely responsible , scapegoating , excuses , etc.

We knew our OL going in could be a concern. What did we do differently to scheme and play call to overcome.

And we still have most of our OL in tact. If losing Collins brings the wall down then it’s tremendously over rated. Looney was a starter 2 years ago and most said Frederick wasn’t himself last year anyway.

And we should have done more in offseason to upgrade if we were so concerned. Horrible oversight hindering what most thought would be a high powered offense.
Yeah, because everyone knew there would be injuries.

He also wanted a linebacker instead of Emmitt. And just to note, the "3 rings" includes his Miami Hurricane title, not 3 Super Bowls, though of course college players have to be evaluated also.

Jimmy got 4 players and 6 first or second round picks for Walker. Don't have to be that great of an evaluator with that sudden influx of players in a short time, basically 8 players in two years, only have to hit on like 25% of the players to have a measurable impact.

He also had Norv Turner running the offense and Dave Wannstandt running the defense, a defense which was no. 1 in the league in one of the SB winning years.
Jimmy's main contribution was the atmosphere he cultivated, most everybody except the triplets and Haley were scared to death they'd be cut. And no salary cap to deal for the most part.

I dothink Jimmy was a very good coach but without the Walker trade bonanza I am not convinced he'd still have gotten the 3 rings, probably more like 1 or 2. Which would still be nice, but there's no way to tell how much of the 3 rings were due to his insighful player evaluations or just a wealth of players...
Come on man man....I get you are trying to prove a point but you don't have to stoop low enough to where you have to discredit Jimmy lol.

That was the reality of what happened.
Right

We’ve been discussing them all. DL was beaten too. Dak isn’t blameless. He needs to be held accountable too.

Too many are using OL as his scapegoat. It didn’t slow down Elliott too much. He still had a decent game. Just saying..,

This is why stats don't always tell the whole story.

When you play it safe you can put up good numbers.

Go tell Jimmy Johnson Dak graded out as the 5th best QB on Sunday.

seems most QBs go safe now, I swear Goff didn't throw more than 3 passes more than 6 yards down field, same with Wilson and others

The only injury was Collins. If one injury shuts down our Great Wall then I’d argue it’s over rated. And the powers that be need to held accountable .

How many OL in the league have 2 All Pros and two regular starters collapse after losing one guy?

What if's don't work and never have, but everyone uses them to somehow tout Dak as a top 5 QB/ 8-8 last year and 0-1 so far this year/ Keep dreaming.
I'm enjoying how this statistical rank is eating you up inside. I truly am. Loving it! Dwell on that hate some more, and make sure you post about it. Thanks for the laughs. LOL

If our OL is a weaknesses without Collins then what the hell is Smith and Martin doing up there. CMon.

Why isn’t our OL line coach being bashed. Or OC for not scheming better??

If losing Collins collapses this potent offense we have crappy coaching.

Just sayin he can easily be wrong
Wait....so because he wanted Steve over Troy.....that means he was a bad player evaluator? Even though...his player evaluations netted 3 rings and should've been more lol?

You are correct the qb play was so good the Rams didnt have more sacks and the rams had 0 take aways
If y’all are happy with it, fine. I certainly don’t have to be.

I saw a QB on the other side who out performed ours with a lesser supporting cast.

We still had 2 All Pro OL, our starter at LG, former starter at Center.

Most would still rate it higher than the Rams OL. And they didn’t have the highly touted receiving corps we have or the top RB.

It’s pathetic. We’re missing one starting OL and have an excuse. Jimmy Johnson is right.
How did that OL play though. They must have forgotten to tell the Rams they have all those personal accomplishments before the game

Hint: It's not a great wall! Stop calling it that.

Greg is once again talking a bunch of bunk just because he loves to stir up the hornets nest. Then he complains when one attacks him. It's what he does all the time. I think he craves attention.
No, I’m playing devils advocate. This forum needs a more objective view instead of always defending our guys to the hilt. Like they are our kids.

There were many aspects on our team including coaching which deserve criticism. Our QB isn’t exempt.

And I voiced a concern with our OL and secondary going into the game. And I said it would probably determine the outcome. And was bashed for basically picking the Rams.

Homers always bash us who are more critical and objective.. They can’t handle it.

Lol yeh real tough throwing screens against a lame duck defense lol
Then it was a better scheme. Why aren’t we bashing our coaching.

Everyone was picking the Cowboys. There has to be some accountability for getting it wrong.

We are bashing the coaching lol and defensive players. Jaylon smith was one of the worst players on defense lol. In the league not just our team

Speak for yourself. I wouldn't complain about a no call there.

I saw this one play Aaron Donald literally singlehandedly beat three of our linemen. He actually hit Zack Martin with Joe Looney and knocked them both over.
I’m not saying we didn’t get whipped on both sides of the ball. But with our talent level we shouldn’t have.
