Yeah, I don't really feel the interior group needs help right now. They've had some poor plays (mostly by Connor Williams going against some very good DTs), but if the Cowboys want to make changes, they have the depth for it.

I also feel a little better at tackle, especially with Knight's play, but man, we are in trouble right now if either him or Steele gets hurt. Hopefully, Tyron bounces back in a hurry and Collins doesn't have any setbacks.

Pretty sure its money and/or security with age and injury history. Also possible we couldn't guarantee him X amount playing time or roster spot. In other words, we may have looked at his signing similar to Carr, practice squad with a high probability of playing quite a bit.
