No one else has mentioned this but doesn't the defensive player stick his leg out in an attempt to trip Dak here? Isn't that a penalty? Would've been nice to have one more shot at the end zone.

It was a three-man rush. No reason they should've been able to get to him, and yes most QBs would've been sacked on that play.

talking on defenders but yes both TS and Tfred got dinged for that and it was ticky tack
Worst than ticky tack. Just phantom. Plays like that deserve a looksy by the refs. I know it would extend the game but OMG if it could keep from swinging the game it would be worth it. We should get 1 ticky tack flag to throw. Lol.

It was basically go endzone then or the next play. Im suprised too though.

But if you throw it out of bounds on that play to run a Hail Mary on the next one, the Seahawks will have nine defenders standing in the End Zone instead of 5. It also looked like Dak threw it to Noah Brown, who would have had a shot if he had come back for the ball. But Dak's throw was slightly off also, which let the DB intercept it.

Would have been nice, but I am sad the 3 DL go to Dak with 5 OL protecting him.

Also it looks like perfect time to do a hard count, get defense encroachment and get a free play like Aaron Rodgers

It continues to baffle me as to why we don’t roll Dak out of the pocket on obvious passing downs. Especially in that situation as he would have been able to run out of bounds if no one was open and give us another play. Why let your big, mobile QB sit in the pocket?

The OLIne who everyone believes is top 5 couldn't stop a three man rush, there's no excuse for that. And at some point the defense will have to step up and make the big stop once the offense takes the lead late in the 4th quarter.

Because it reduces the defense to having to play only half of the field..

Well, nobody said it was top 5 with Collins and Smith out, and Frederick no longer here... Teams like the Commanders have been dealing with this much TO for years. The Cowboys have had the fortune of having such major consistency year in and year out since Dak got here.

The FIRST response to this thread is an EXCUSE for the refs to make shtty calls.

That didn't take long,

Look we can suck all on our own just fine okay thanks.....no help from refs is needed....call a fair game.
And for the love of GOD alleged Cowboys fans stop making excuses for refs. It's mutually exclusive Jesus.

Exactly, Dak led them down the drive before this one for a FG to take the lead. All the defence had to do was not let the Seahawks score. Or, at worst, hold them to a FG so we could get a GW FG. But no, our D failed us. And this will keep happening until Jerry addresses the secondary once and for all.

So...Dak is getting Romo'd Oh the irony.

It baffles me why they keep having Dak in the pocket? Dak is mobile and our Oline is in pieces. They need to get him out of the pocket and make plays just like all of the other QBs are doing.
