Dalton would be worse then Dak.

The issue next season is, do you pay Dak the huge salary, with so many glaring holes on the team, or let him walk and find a decent QB for a fraction of the price, while trying to build an actual defense ?

Let's be very, very real here.
The offensive line is in shambles, our defense is soooo bad, when you HAVE to throw the ball so much with a hurting OL interceptions are going to happen.Zeke's fumbles are inexcusable, but TOs are part of the game when you are forced to play the way we are.

Defense has allowed 38+ points for 3 games in a row. I don't care if the Cowboys have a combination of Brady, Rodgers, and Peyton Manning in their prime at the QB position. That it always going to put too much pressure on the QB and offense expecting them to score 40 points every game to win. This is the NFL and not the Big 12.

I think finding a franchise QB is step 1. Dak is good and young, you have to try to keep him.
A better idea is to see how quickly you can get out of your contacts with J. Smith, DLaw, and Zeke.

Here come the hot takes. :muttley:

Yes, Dak is the reason our opponents have 126 points in the last 3 weeks. Stupid Dak.
It's not about him throwing game ending INT's on bad decisions. It's about not paying him, so they have money to buy a defense. Why is that so hard?

He's just not worth the money......defense wins Superbowls.

Can Dalton play on the defense and solve their issues?

He may not even be a better QB than Dak, but give him reps, and don't overspend next year on Dak. How is giving Dak what he thinks he's worth helping on defense?

I hope Dallas doesn’t pay him so Dak can escape this team.

My question is, do you trust the Jones' to pick the right players? I don't.

This is so clear.

Pease people. Pay attention. My fear is you carry this poor QB judgment into other areas in your life and it eventually affects me.
That's exactly what it is, Prescott's play doesn't warrant the criticism he is getting it's purely hate.
