As fans we don't see the adjustments made by the coaching staff but many act like they know all the ins and outs just like everything else in life. What I would like to see is PLAYER PROGRESSION and personnel adjustments based on peformance. I'm a big zeke fan, but Zeke needs to turn it around (haters go bury yourself somewhere). Chumps like Smith, Poe and Brown need to go elsewhere. Players who without a doubt hold the team back need to stay off the field. Those are clear cut decisions I can get behind, but I'm going to hold off on blaming MM for other things I'm unaware of.

MM may be out after the season but Dallas isn't getting better until they clean house and start signing higher character players.

This is a good point. Jerry won’t let him, though, and that is the problem with the franchise.

He needs to stand up to Jerry. Here’s why: what’s Jerry gonna do? Fire him and void his contract? JJ will still have to pay MM after being fired. So JJ would be paying someone who isn’t even working for him. So MM needs to so as he may please. Take away Kellen’s playcalling position, fire Mike Nolan, and bench some of these ***** wussy overpaid players, including Zeke, Jaylon, D-Law, Tyrone Crawford, and more.

As a matter of fact, deactivate their *****, pull up some folks from the practice squad and see what we got. We may get some potential trades if these PS players play well. Can’t get much worse than what we are now, so why not?

When there is no accountability from the coaching staff then yes that's on the coaches. You have constant miscommunication, lazy turnovers, guys taking plays off, etc.

Having bad players is one thing. Having bad players who you allow to play to the bottom of their potential is another.

Yes, its the coaches job to fix that and hold players accountable.

Not saying a good coach can get 12 wins out of a bad roster, but this is pathetic. A huge part of coaching at this level is managing personalities and the locker room. From what I can tell this staff has failed miserably in that area.

While I’m obviously not too impressed with MM and he’s been a real disappointment so far, the players are just as weak for going to the media at 2-4 one week post dak’s injury and 6 games into a new regime. Just weak stuff.

MM needs to be much much better but these players are missing assignments, out of position, out played or committing mental errors as well. It’s an overall failure but going to the media already is just a huge indictment on the entire organization as a whole

As bad as the coaching was it appears it is worse now, we can start to see why MM was toxic last year. I am at the point of believing that when Jerry hires a coach the only thing that matters is how convincingly the interviewee says yes Jerry you are right.
