....If you do that....why would you play Zeke? Most want him out, but he ain't going nowhere if he is beaten/battered/mauled with young fella in there.
 
Yes, need to see if the Nooch is a good enough backup QB. He is a MM pick so will be interesting to see his development.

Do not like what happened to Dalton, but he is not the future backup QB. So Jerry save your $’s.

Yeah he was terrible, he wasn't Jesus who could of used "the Force" to keep the WFT D=lineman from going right through our bush league replacement line. Sorry, but I gotta see him for a couple weeks of full prep before I flush him down. Like others said, it really doesn't matter, the defense is not going to miraculously get better. That's what is really clear.

If we throw for over 200 yards in any game moving forward I'll be surprised. No O line and no QB. Zeke will be lucky to average 3 yards a carry this year behind this line.

I remember repeatedly saying he's not as good as people here think. I also remember who thought I was nuts and even went so far as to say Dalton's as good as Dak.

A few guys suggested he's even better - "we finally have a legitimate starting caliber QB" someone said. :muttley:

I'm against DiNucci playing b/c this OL can't protect him, and he looks a bit frail. Also, I think it could ruin him getting his face beat in the rest of the season. However, the time may be now and DiNucci is the next man up... ready or not.
 
I’d rather get Dalton killed than ruin a young QB from JMU who isn’t ready.
