He should be shipped out for his well documented lack of effort and poor play. I could care less if he's a Jane Slater source.

I can't possibly see him here for much longer with that contract and this production. Something's gonna have to give.

According to an Internet rando who has never done anything but go to Cal Poly, quoting Cal Poly about Cal Poly.... its not a cow college.

That attempt at logic would get you a failing grade.... even at Cal Poly.
See? That's funny! I have no idea if it's true or not, but it's funny!

It would give me a little hope if Jaylon struggled because of his foot injury not allowing him to be the player he was in college. That would be understandable instead of the real problem which is having no instincts to play the position and playing soft. He seems like a dumb player which makes matters worse.

Jerry used the 34th pick of the 2016 draft to get Jaylon, knowing full well Jaylon wouldn't be playing until the 2017 season. To me it's apparent that Jaylon doesn't have the range of motion he had in college and his overall speed and ability to change direction are compromised. All that and now his lack of effort on some plays makes it pretty obvious this is yet another of Jerry's wildcat 2nd round gambles that has failed.

Unbelievable that they drafted him in that spot. Another horrible decision by Jerry on top of taking a RB 4th overall. On top of Gregory, 2 picks for Claiborne, Escobar, the Lawrence trade up, Cooper, Hill, Taco, LVE and Lee durability issues on and on and on. You get 1 gamble every so often. Jerry takes that every year. His teams in shambles right now and these decisions are the reason why and now they simply don't have the talent to hang with good teams. Pick one of these. That's all you get! The rest of those picks needed to be much smarter. Jaylon though, that one really takes the cake.

The problem with Jaylon is part physical and part mental.

Physical...........he is clearly not the same player he was in college, go back and watch film of him in college and then watch film of him in the pros, it is night and day difference and its understandable. He suffered one of the most horrific injuries I have ever seen at the college level, so expecting to him play like he did before he got hurt is not realistic, he is never going to be the player that he was before, ever. And the main difference is lateral agility, changing direction side to side is extremely limited.

Mental............I hate to say it, but he is playing like he is scared of getting hurt, that is why he is always on the perimeter of plays, always looking around to see who is around, running himself out of bounds or running into blocks intentionally. Everything he does on the field is to make sure he is not in a position where he gets caught up in a pile or his leg gets hit or pinned under somebody, that is why he is always moving and when there is a pile he makes sure he is on top and not on the bottom.

This is our self-appointed defensive “leader.”

He's horrible. I sure everyone realizes that if the Cowboys cut this dude there's a very good chance that no team would pick him up after looking at these clips. Why isn't MM calling dudes out in PUBLIC!!!!!!!!!!!!! MM should stand at the podium, show all these clips and blast his *** in front of the world.

If the game is on the line, there’s only one player we can count on to keep the offense out of the..........never mind.

Dallas would take roughly a $16M cap hit by trading him based on dead money versus team cap hit but if a team offered anything viable in terms of a draft pick (doubt we would fetch a 2nd but perhaps a 3rd) it may be worth it to send a big message.
