I heard Greenberg on the radio saying he expects Dak & Zeke to not be on the team next season and he thinks the team blows it up.

He said that 1 of the reasons is they did not expect for the Cap to not rise in 2021.

The other.. They are just terrible and they need a ton.

he doesn't know anything so I wouldn't listen to anything he says.

I expect zeke won’t be on the team when his contract allows them to move on
I expect Dak won’t be on the team next year is we end up with the top pick. Otherwise I think Dak is signed

Does Greenberg know that his salary for next year is already guaranteed?

I know you're just the messenger here but they wont cut him.

I don't at all agree that Jerry is blowing it all up and letting the QB go....and just leave it to chance they find another one out of nowhere.

If the plan is for Dak to not be here than trading guys like Cooper are a no brainer. I dont buy it at all.

The NFL is all about offense, so the Cowboys should trade Cooper. Makes sense. Great video.

Many people think the Cowboys have the best 3 WR combo in the league and yet there is some that think weakening that position with ZERO guarantees that it will result in improving another position is a smart thing to do. What makes this make even less sense is weakening one position to get presumed help on defense and that one player isn't going to turn the defense into a top defense but has made the one position that was the best position weaker.

Listening to Cowherd is more torturous than watching the 2020 Cowboys defense.

I used to listen to him on the radio. He's one of those annoying people that get on your nerves even when he is saying things you agree with him on.

HOPE!!!

It drives the world and its cheaper than paying proven players who produce. After all, the main premise of football team isn’t about acquiring talent, it’s about managing the salary cap. Ask CATCH17...

Would this crush our cap?

This guy sickens me. I can never get through one of his opinion vids without turning it off at some point. Just last week he had Dallas trading Gallup. Now Cooper? That said, I agree with his opinion on the trade. Good for the Cowboys, not so sure about good for green Bay.

Teams are rarely one player away that isn't a qb from a championship. And never a WR away. Teams that add that extra player, like his Tampa example, is for good measure. They're piling on. So for Green Bay to give up a pick or picks and take on that contract with the belief it's going to put them over the top would be foolish. Is Green Bays GM foolish?

This is so true. I’m a fan of UNC and Tyler Hansbrough is my favorite UNC player of all time. He’s not the most talented or graceful and he’s not the most athletic guy ever to play at UNC but he’s my favorite. Cowherd used to bag on him ALL the time and said he’d never make it in the NBA, which I disagreed with, and that he’d never score 30 points in a game which I tended to agree with even though he’s the ACC’s all time leading scorer. He’s a tweener PF that played with his back to the basket and those types of players don’t fare well in the NBA as a general rule. Well he scored 30 twice with the Pacers and carved out a 7 year career in the league.

Even though Cowherd was saying things about Hansbrough I tended to agreed with I still wanted to punch him in the face lol. He’s just a jerk which is great for what he does. We, as Americans, like jerks on a certain level.

Idk man, did you watch the GB/TB game? I think at this point these are probably the two best team in the NFC, with teams like the Cards/Rams/‘Hawks not far behind them. TB really took it to GB’s receivers. They couldn’t get any separation and even Rodgers couldn’t work his magic. I’m not saying Cooper would be the player to make a difference necessarily, but GB REALLY needs a stud wide out because they likely will have to face TB again. I agree that acquiring WR’s aren’t typically players that generate SB contention for a team on the cusp but they can make that difference occasionally. Think TO in Philly and Moss in NE. Those two made huge impacts.

Talent matters BUT it has to fit in the cap. Now what does proven players who have produced have to do with weakening a position?

CowboysZone ULTIMATE Fan
Ware was one of my all time favorite players
But moving on was the right move at the time
Fans have to look at big picture
My or their pet cats aren’t winning
Maybe we need some new pet cats lol

Thats been my perspective since the triplets retired. I don't root for individual players. They are interchangeable pawns. I root for the team to win. As far as I'm concerned, they can take the names off the back of the jerseys.

The smart move was always sign Dak, franchise Cooper. If they did that he would be an easy trade for a good pick. With that contract you will get next to nothing for him. Another Jerry special.

Amari is the best wr on the team and still very young. This is a dumb take by a dumb individual

Yep. Also, this dude posts Cowherd videos to support his terrible takes. He might be Cowherd himself with as much as he posts that clown.

Remember, Dalton was not going to be a big drop off from Dak. And he posted the Cowherd video as support. :lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao:
