Dallas just traded a 7th round pick for nothing more than a warm body, not any chance of a play maker.
to trade a pick away for a obscure player looks inept to me. This better work out or that was a total waste.

Eli Ankou has played with 4 different teams, 1 of them twice, since 2017. Ugh, not good.

Signed as an Undrafted Free Agent by the Texans in 2017. Since then, he has been picked up by 3 other teams, then back to Houston 2 weeks ago. Now our Cowboys traded for him. Ugh, doesn't sound encouraging.

(2017 -- 2020)
Texans ==> Jacksonville Jaguars ==> Cleveland Browns ==> Indianapolis Colts ==> back to Houston Texans==> traded to Dallas Cowboys.

Holy crap! This has Super Bowl written all over it, I’m shocked they’re actually going for it!

Okay then. That's what we need - another WR. Maybe it would be Ventell Bryant's replacement.
Malik Turner is already inactive, then there's Bryant. 6-3 200+ running a 4.4 is good numbers, but sheesh they have too many WRs to fit on the roster as is.

Eli is a start, but even this move shows how much they think of DT. However, put big boi on the field immediately.
