This might be the game I jump ship for good. Vikings are a fun team to watch.....if they just hadn't got dinged w/ all the injuries early in the year....they could be right in the thick of it. Heck...after tomorrow...they probably get back to 500....If Zimmer hadn't lost all of his studs on defense....they might be my pick to win the NFC. They beat the crap out of Seattle....and had them beat if their RB hits the right hole on 4th and 1....to seal the game.

Be careful when I was dating this girl, who later became my wife, she had me sign something while I was watching a Cowboy game. All of sudden I started getting mail from rescuing greyhounds and shutting down greyhound racing tracks. I said to her I have no idea why I am getting all this mail about this. She said to me I had you signed a petition one day when you were watching the Cowboys playing. I asked what else did you have me sign. She just raised her eyebrows and said you’ll never know and walked out of the room. She told my mom that when I watch a game that he is so focused and my mom told yeah we don’t bother him when the game is on when he was growing up.
Ive been such a selfish SOB that I have ruined several Thanksgivings due to Dallas always playing. Many relationships scarred for life over this team...lol

Its at 4:25 Eastern (3:25 Central). At Minnesota.

I know silly question, right? But with all the discontent, somebody had to ask.
How long with you watch?
If it gets bad, will you turn it off? Flip channels? Do something else?

Would have to get really bad, like 44-0 before I turn it off. Even then I'd probably grab an air rifle and shoot down the hall at targets. Maybe army men painted purple or something.

I will be watching like i always do, but my interest level in the game will be dependent on how well they do in the 1st quarter of the game. by half time i might be looking at draft picks online and ignoring the game.

You bet! Im hoping Dallas protects that #3 pick. I will be rooting for the Jets and Jags though.

Don't have the Ticket; I live in Georgia (metro Atlanta)- the U.S. Southeast is getting the Packers-Colts game. Will be the first time seeing Indy this season, so I'll watch. The next two Cowboys games will be broadcast nationally --Thanksgiving v. Football Team and the following Thursday night @ Ravens.

most of us are addicts, and after a bye week most will watch.
How long we watch depend on the game.

I haven’t watched a full game since the Rams. I’ve watched parts of every game, but have either turned it off when they got down 3 scores or came in partway through.

Eagles game I listened to on radio in first quarter and then watched until 5 mins to go.

The team doesn’t deserve fans to watch the whole game if they aren’t competitive.

Cowboys aren’t unique in that. I’m that way for my university’s team who I have season tickets to and am a donor. I’ll watch and go to the start of every game, but once outcome is no longer in doubt, I’m out.

Sports are fun for the intrigue and mystery. If I can squeeze in an extra hour nap after working all week, fine by me.

I’d say the biggest change is not watching any other game that’s not Dallas. I usually watch others to see the impact they have on the Cowboys. With the Cowboys having no chance to win anything in the playoffs, other teams seeding doesn’t matter.

People not watching the games may explain why the “eye ball test” is so comically wrong.
Billy Beane the Moneyball GM of the A’s never watched road games. He said he didn’t want TV impressions to interrupt what the data was telling him.

I only watch the games now if i am wake for it or in the mood. I usually end up watching the highlights if I miss a game. I am just waiting for the draft at this point so we can make some moves and get some FA that can help this team win.
