It’s only going to get worse now that you have that albatross of a contract that was doled out to Zeke. It’s a valid critique too, you spent a #5 pick o a RB when there were options to make your defense better by going with a stud like Ramsay at corner. Plus you could have gotten Henry with the second round pick, a cheaper option but certainly one that sees no massive drop off in production.

Zeke has 7987 of offense in five years even with a BS six game suspension.

Henry has 5576.

But by all means let the Hateraide continue.

You gonna piss and moan about every player on every team that's better than what Dallas has at the position? Or are you just gonna jump on this one because it's platoon whining? It’s not about passing on Henry. It’s about reminders game after game, week after week, that you should not use high picks or give big money contracts to the RB position. You can get better production for less investment, and see across the league.

The Cowboys and Rams with Elliott and Gurley are the example of what not to do.

The Steelers with Bell are the example of what you should do.

Why don't you go through every roster and every contract for every player that's paid less, while performing better than a Cowboys counterpart? Now, you're not allowed to consider anything before 2018, when Henry became equal to or better than Elliott. You do that and it skews the perspective.

You spelled "Missing Four OL" wrong.

Its relevant if the argument is their contracts. Zeke earned his contract extension because he had more yards rushing than any back in the NFL his first four years, even being out half a season with the BS suspension.

If the argument is that Henry is better than Zeke, saying he couldn't force his way on the field over the 29 year old DeMarco Murray and his 3.6 YPC in 2017 makes my point.
