I wonder how much he is willing to give up to draft Lawrence and save money on Dak's contract. I think the answer is no.

Yeah I'm not buying it. I'm still at about 60% Nolan isn't coming back........I was at 70.....

Don't get me wrong, I most definitely have eaten my crow and don't want Nolan back. I think this entire staff gets at least one more season though. They're gonna chalk issues up to staff turnover, COVID, injuries, and the time testes "not having players that fit the scheme" and they'll all get another chance. I think the minuscule chance he moves on from Nolan would be if he just promotes Edwards--which is also realistic.

jerry has become the new roto-rooter man. of course he doesn't mind being taken off prime time and put in an early slot. what a load.

"Says many people before the season said they have the best talent in the league..."

Really tired of hearing about how much "talent" is on this team. It's been going on since Wade was coach.

Gonna assume most of those were his immediate family, and the underlings that kiss his rich tail.

of course he’s going to say the talent was great, after all, him and his utterly clueless son put it together. They have no accountability nor inclination to build a football culture. That permeates through the entire operation.

I'm at 60%...damn near almost 50/50 lol. I just don't think they can bring this same staff...someone has to be the scapegoat for the defense. You got rid of Griffen and Poe.....you'll probably get rid of Lewis and maybe Chido too. Half of me can see them canning Nolan and promoting Edwards.....frankly, it should've been happened. Honestly Edwards was more qualified than Nolan as to begin with....

The eternal optimist will never stop trying to sell and he will have the believers following right along. Why wouldn't he do this? Hasn't that worked like a charm for those that want to believe?

To spin a positive for being flexed out of a second prime TV spot into "this makes the noon games more interesting" is a new high or low for him, depends on your perspective but don't you believe for one minute that the NFL and NBC didn't take the wind out of his sails, this one hit him broadside.

And I still can't stop laughing. The Brownies and the Jints. Say that out loud and let that sink in. C'mon, tell me that doesn't salvage a little bit of this season.

What's next? Replace one of those sappy Hallmark Christmas movies with a Cowboys game to give them something laugh about?

Richard head Jerry, your team just got flexed out for the Browns. The Cleveland browns. Sure they have a soft schedule and have pulled off a few wins, but its Cleveland. Which has had as much success this past decade as the Cowboys have. Yes, the Cowboys are the new Cleveland browns.

It should have 100% already happened. They know what they have in Nolan at this point. Can him and see what you have in Edwards.

What idiot would look at that D, with everyone of them healthy, and call that the most talented team? They have a top 3-5 group of WR's and that's it.

that latest round of spin wouldn't generate enough rotational inertia to dislodge a mosquito. that's about as pathetic as i've ever heard.

You know what? Part of me hopes we get slaughtered by the Bengals...I mean 40-6 type humiliation. It's not like we will be evaluating talent or giving any purpose at all to this game anyway (see starting Dalton). I hate Jerry Jones so much.

The Cowboys are the basement dwellers of the NFC and will remain so for a while. Good job Jerrah for being oblivious of this fact.

I don't feel sorry for Jerry nor his tendency to spin his BS. He's been the purveyor of a scam for decades now and that's not about to change.

He's a fool's fool for selling how everything's OK. He's even more foolish for thinking it'll last forever, as long as he spins a crumbling team. o_O

It's sad for him to to think he can now sell himself after spending decades doing the same things and expecting change. He'll never change.

So looking at his resume I didn't know he was in Dallas before as our linebackers coach....according to WIKI it was the Dexter Coakley era......

If they have as many injuries as they do this year every year then yeah they will be bad as long as they have injuries like this.

Listening to that, I think changes are coming on the coaching staff. Clearly not happy about what has happened on DEF. Nolan I think will be fired and they will return to a scheme that they have used in recent years. I'm not entirely sure McCarthy is safe either. Jerry almost admitting he's got a lot wrong. I think Nolan has about a 10% chance of returning and McCarthy 50%

This franchise is the absolute worst. We are getting flexed in favor of the Browns. This is rock bottom folks. Then he goes on to hype his business partner for some bogus off field award. Absolutely unbelievable. All hope is lost.
