2. It used to ruin may day when the Cowboys lost. Now I just laugh and go on about my day.

1 to 10. 1 meaning I would rather be raking than watching the Cowboys. 10 meaning I still wear my Cowboys PJs.
I am at a 2. Flirting with a 1. This season, for several reasons, has been a big yawn for me. I am not even mildly interested in seeing the young guys play. Diggs is hurt so that sucks. I find myself laughing at how bad 54 is. Marveling at how slow 21 is. Wondering how 25 is even on the field. My fandom is shot. If the Jets get Lawrence that is going to interest me greatly living in this NY hellscape.
Where you guys at?
If you are sporting the PJs please tell me why.
Happy Holidays!!!
It all goes back to his inability to build a proper defense. This is such an offensive-centric organization, defense is an after thought. After 50 years I'm also at about a 2. Jerry finally wore me down. Four playoff wins in 25 years and we are right in the middle of wasting two franchise quarterbacks.
There's only one constant.
I was a 3. But that big win against the Bengals has me all jacked up and feeling like a winner again. So 10
Jerry gave you a cookie and now you're all excited? You better sniff it first. Jerry has a way of shoveling the poop filled goodies around.
i was a 10 back in the 90s thats for sure..I stay around a 3 and don't fluctuate with how they play. My biggest aha was when they won that first SB, I thought that would make my life better, it didn't. Didn't affect it at all.
I was an 8 back then about the Cowboys and the NFL and that has steadily dropped because of several factors including me growing older as well. I find myself asking "how important is this? Why did it make me lose my cool before? Why did that affect me like that?"
The mental aspect of being a sports team fan has always fascinated me. I no longer watch the games with the passion I once had but I do not miss that. They win or they lose, I don't think I really care. At least not enough to let it affect any part of my life and I wasn't always like that and I like this me better.
However, the high point of this season for me has been that DAL-SF game getting flexed out of SNF to an early game and seeing Booger try to spin that as a good thing. The NFL is so concerned about the early ratings with people not going to church that they move that game and CLE-NYG to the prime time. I can only imagine his face when he got that call and on that I am a 10. I enjoy seeing disappointment and sadness on his face after a loss but this was the icing on that cake.
I swear, when that win happened I thought you were going to crank it to 11 and start yelling "Alright Cleveland! Rock and Roll!" and then get lost in a basement.I was a 3. But that big win against the Bengals has me all jacked up and feeling like a winner again. So 10
I've been hovering between 1 and 2 since the middle of the Garrett era. It will take one hell of a season in 2021 to change that.
There have been several times over the past couple seasons where I let my wife flip the channel over to HGTV or the Food Network right in the middle of a game. Sometimes they just weren't worth watching, especially during the Garrett days when the TV would show him clapping his butt off after terrible plays.
