Saturday Game Thread

Curious as to why none of three games were broadcasted on any of the major networks.

Exactly. Jerrah and the other owners are experimenting. How can they squeeze more blood out of the NFL turnip. Eventually, the nationally televised games will go away and replaced with paid subscriptions like Amazon Prime. I guess Jerrah really does think that he can take it with him.

The Networks have never been shy when it comes to ponying up the $$ so I don’t think you’re right.

The nationally televised games will never go away. But you are right about finding extra avenues to show games. You mentioned Amazon Prime -- the second Saturday game (just completed... SF wins over ARI) was shown on Amazon.
What I believe is that a number of games will be offered through the new services for fans that want to watch favorite \ specific teams but are out of their regional broadcast area. But the nationwide Sunday games will still be on CBS, FOX, and NBC.

Cardinals lose 20 -12 and their record drops to 8 -7. If the Bears win tomorrow, they will also be 8-7 and both teams will have the same division and conference records. But because the Bears' opponent is the Jaguars, the win will lower the SOS and SOV in comparison to the Cardinals I believe.
Both teams have a tough finale against a division foe. Cards go on the road to face the Rams while the Bears host the Packers.

your playoff hopes are on the line and murray throws a pick away from Hopkins.

So.....Arizona crushes us...

We beat the crap out of SF.....

SF just crushes the Cards playoff hopes....

You just never know from week to week in this league. That's why I'm putting my money on the Panthers tomorrow.

Wow..a month and a half ago Arizona was 6-3; since then they've lost 4 of 6.
Wait - this downward spiral looks familiar.....

11/17/2019: Cowboys 6-4, then went on to lose 4 of the next 5 games to be at 7-8 and miss the playoffs.

It's BS that Sunday ticket subscriptions don't include the games on nfl network. It just makes people find illegal streams to watch games because they don't want to subscribe to multiple packages in order to watch all the games.
