I believe we will be in for an Alex Smith Legacy Game. Might throw for the winning TD or even run it in on one leg. The NFL probably wants it to happen more than the Cowboys making the playoffs too. They want the feel-good story and it will help overshadow a lot of Dan Snyder's drama he has going on right now.

Better to just give Heineken the starter snaps all week than to prepare Alex to start and then have to pull him in the 2nd quarter.

It’s clearly not 100%... he goes out, team morale drops, and Heineken isn’t as prepped as he could have been.

I think many Cowboy fans are more worried about Washington losing, then beating the Giants. Giants have a real long, losing streak against us, we barely beat them last time, no matter how the teams are playing, it wouldn't surprise me if we lose the game.

lol.. they were down close to that with smith already with Smith. They only almost came back because the defense forced a turnover and Carolina was content with playing conservative the whole 4th while alowing them to waste the clock.
