Anyone who didn't see this coming wasn't paying attention. Eagles aren't dumb. They know the better play is to lose and help their draft spot. So anyone remotely slowed by injury was going to not play.

Usually I'd be on board w/ this ........but been doing my mock...and honestly....your not gonna get a player that much better @ 10 than you will @ 20. There just isn't any "Wow" players that you just gotta have after Lawrence.

I was told by this board that NFL teams don’t tank on porpoise. The Eagles team that lost to Cowboys last week would beat the Football Team Sunday. Next thing you will hear is Carson Wentz will start this game on Sunday.

They have to beat the Giants first or the later game won't matter anyway. A Dallas win isn't as automatic as some think it will be.

The higher you pick the better your odds of getting the best player
Winning meaningless games is meaningless
But costs you on draft day in every round

Right, it's a matter of a few slots in a bad draft that will be an even larger than usual crapshoot.

Make the playoffs and take pick 19 at this point.

No one can tell me they'd rather draft at say 14, and not make playoffs as opposed to drafting 19 and making it.

Again though, I just hope the FO isnt confused into thinking we are all that close....and they have been guilty of that for some time now.
