I've been all-in for the Cowboys tanking for several weeks but if it will help get Jason Garrett fired again, I'm okay with the Cowboys winning one.

Jason Garrett is a legend in Jerry's mind.
Someday Garrett will be inducted into the Ring of Honors.

Garrett doesn’t get fired. He finds some way to snake his way into the head coach job. Garrett talks a good game. Great at interviewing and bullcrapping.

He got a job immediately. Amazing how some fans ignore the facts. And his record stands on its own merit.
You know damn well im talking about head coach. And his job with daniel jones is more proof Dak was going to be dak with or without garrett. Same way he had nothing to do with romo success. What is his specialty? Its not developing qbs.

if he does, Gregg can help him get a job at Gregg's local high school. heck Gregg would let him move in with him until he gets back on his feet.
"I'd really hate for some other team to benefit from our training of Jason!" lmao me too

Been without Barkley all year, QB has been in and out of the lineup and just doesn't look very good, receivers in and out of the lineup...no off-season to install everything..it's really hard to judge Garrett this year. He probably gets another.
I think he deserves it but not impossible they fire him and try to change up the offense

You didn’t say HC .I can only respond to what’s presented. Most fired HC are hired as Coordinators before getting another HC position.

And I’d argue Garrett and his offense aided Romo and Prescott in their development . Neither of which were highly drafted or touted as premium talents.

Which is why he got fired.
Of course . Because the hype was over played. Obviously we are seeing this year that team wasn’t under achieving.

But his tenure was arguably the best of the last 25 years. The numbers certainly support as such.

3 division titles which equaled the previous 4 HC’s. 2 playoff wins which surpassed the previous 4 HC cumulatively. And that doesn’t count his tenure as OC which was a couple more division titles and a playoff win. All in all he was part of all our playoff wins since 90’s and all but one division title.

His 85 wins is 2nd to only Landry. And Jason is only 3rd Cowboys HC to earn Coach of the Year.

I’m not sure why some fans hold him responsible for the disappointments and frustrations from this past era?

His offenses were top 10 most seasons carrying on the most part average to below average defenses which a few years set futility franchise marks.

Under Garrett’s watch we came closer to our first championship appearance since the 90’s Dynasty.

"Although there's no indication this will happen."

Translation: I'll just throw this made up stuff to create an article.

Giants Oline is rebuilding. They have a new QB in a new system. Their best player and focal point of the offense is out for the year. Why would they take two steps back after one season?

click bait
Yep

It’s truly amazing after losing their best offensive weapon in Barkley and their QB part of the year with Jones they are still in position to win the division on the final week of the season.

I’d argue things are looking up for the Giants. Their coaching staff definitely appears to have made the most of the talent they’ve had on the field .

Romo was good before he ever spoke to Jason Garrett. Why isnt Jones developing under Garrett? He looked better under Shurmur
