It's still bizarre seeing people excusing McCarthy and the staff on that challenge. As noted, McCarthy didn't think wasting a TO was a risk during the Dez game a few years ago.

So for him to say that the timeout was more important than a chance to keep it at a 1 point game is so awful, so stupid, so depressing.
