No, it's not. Neither is last year's record.

Do you think Deshaun Watson should be paid less than Jacoby Brissett?

So Dak should be paid based solely on this year? Okay, he was 1-3 heading into the Giants game and only finished 1/3rd of a season so then pay him based on his season performance.

Dak's garbage time stats are all that matters.

Winning doesn't.

I wish he could've passed all over the Rams in the 2nd half and scored some points in the opener.

Rams weren't ahead enough to call of the dogs I guess. Or they just don't suck at defending the pass like the Browns, Seahawks, and Falcons did.

No, that's what you're doing.

It's about the contract and the contract is about right now and the future. You made it about entire body of work for no reason.
No, I wasn’t responding to anything about the contract. I was responding to who we’d name as the top QB’s in the league. I copied above what that list was which didn’t stipulate anything about this season alone.

If you’re talking about contracts then Dak this season is prob worthy of a top contract cause that’s how the market works. I’ve stated in several threads that he should receive Watson type money.
Are you so thick that you don't understand it's not asking "who has been the best quarterback over the last decade?"

It's obviously about right now and moving forward, because the thread is about the contract...which is about right now and moving forward.
i was only responding to that post. I hadn’t followed the entire thread. You challenged anyone to post who they thought were the top QB’s . Said nothing about relation to current contracts pending or production and results this year.

We’ve seen in recent years the top contracts not necessarily reflect the top QB’s. Wilson last year. Ryan year before and Stafford before that.

Which is more reflective of the QB market not their current elite status.

I just rolled my eyes so hard I sprained a muscle. So let's try this again.

Name 10 QBs right now and moving forward who are better than Dak.

Thank you for further proving a theory that I had: Dak supporters are emotionally triggered children who would rather see Dak signed regardless of how it impacts the team in terms of salary cap or wins while also being unable or unwilling to take part in an adult debate without name calling.

Based on this years production and results along with his injury shortened season and unknown of how it will impact his future , I couldn’t place him in the top 6 as you originally listed.

Having said that I could list him in top paid QB’s this year which isn’t always a reflection of their current status but more of the current market.

I’d also add that “ better than Dak” is again a very speculative description.

And when I arrive at these type of opinions I have to include their prior history and would revert back to my original response.

I can’t just respond who is better in this moment. Because I’d still rather have all of those other QB’s in this moment.

Yawn. You can't do it because there aren't 10, this is just gymnastics to dodge it.

That's the problem you can't they gave him equal to Goff guaranteed money he wanted that type money and 4 years which would've been more money than Russell Wilson it's a sliding scale here bro you have to look at the numbers

No it's not the AAV is $35 million no matter how much guaranteed money their is. The only difference is depending on the type of guarantees the bonus is more back-loaded.

That’s honestly how I feel about it. Again it reverts back to a subjective discussion. My opinion isn’t any greater than yours and vise versus.

This is the nature of these discussions whether it’s on these boards or on TV, etc.

You really need to work on your people skills. Using personal insults like coward is an intended personal detrimental attack .

There’s no need for such to argue your opinion. You’re attempting to discredit the messenger cause you don’t like the message. You’ve been reported .

Answer the question, coward.

You won't, because it undermines your entire stupid point.

With all due respect you are undermining yourself with your elementary school antics all in the name of defending a player whose poster you perhaps have on your ceiling. While I am open for respectful debate, you are anything but respectful.

It seems like the Dak haters are the emotionally challenged as all you do is whine about Dak. Constantly. Pull your pantys out and accept that he will be here for a long time or just move on to hating someone else.

Do you just post to post? Please stop posting non sense in the age of Google where things can easily be looked up. It is only 4/5 players that make more than Lebron and all of them except one (wall) are known superstar level players.
So you think that Chris Paul, Westbrook, Harden and John Wall at 41 million makes sense when Lebron is at 39 million? They are losers. If you didn't get to have Lebron at 39 million you would be OK with Blake Griffen or Paul George or Klay Thompson or Mike Conley, Kemba Walker, Thobias Harris or Kris Middleton? All of those clowns make over 33 million. If the system actually made sense Lebron would make 10 times what any of those bums make. Same thing in the NFL. No one should be even close to Rogers or Mahomes. But they are.
