I am all in. I am giving Quinn a chance with a clean slate. The team was just mediocre under Garrett and I wanted a fresh start. The team was devastated with injuries last season and the defensive scheme was lacking with the players on the roster. Dan will evaluate the needs and move forward.


Quinn is will focus on making the D-line elite which will take the team to a Superbowl. He will shore up the Roster with free-agents then draft D-line, CB, LB and safeties. The team will draft plug-n-play players. I am excited.

Physical and speed. Basically that is what it comes down to. A player is going to beat his matchup either with speed or strength.

The team has speed. Could use more speed on the defensive side at the LB and safety positions. However, it is a tradeoff. More speed comes with less physical power. Plenty of speed on the offensive side. The team lacks physicality on the defensive side.

The team does not have the mental toughness to play physical though. They pay too soft on defense. They also freelance way too much.

Need mentally tough players who know their role and responsibility and play accordingly. Know your job and do your job and tackle fundamentally.

i keep thinking SAM role - as he just doesn't offer much at all in coverage; at best he' could be what Damien Wilson was
here before he left for KC.

that'll be tough since a highly paid starting LB will have to be off the field in obvious passing downs​
