Jerry want's to win, but it has to be on his terms.

Well he is the new guy, so he may have small input, but I doubt jones boys will pick anyone just because quinn says that is the guy.
Maybe later on.

Whether he's new or not, he IS the defensive coordinator, and has been one before as well as a head coach. Why hire him if you don' think he has good ideas, etc,?

Mind you we don't know how much Jerry listens to ANY defensive coordinator, but just because he's new is no reason to think he won't have significant input...

Yeah you know people complained mightily about Marinelli, how he ran an outdated scheme, didn't use players properly and so on. Then Nolan came in and people said he ran the wrong scheme, etc.

And now it's "Jaylon and Woods are no good, get rid of them"? How would anybody know if they're any good playing under dcs who aren't any good?
