They had 12 men on the field which is what they called. Not only that but it was completely clear that GB had the receivers jersey and was keeping him from making the catch. Nothing tick tacky about it
The hold on the jersey in no way impacted the play. The receiver flopped. 12 men on the field was called after that. Plus, they had been letting them get away with that stuff all game. But when it mattered, the refs made sure Brady was advancing.

Think about it. Had he not held and the guy caught it in stride, might have been a TD. No one else was out there except the ref.

They let them get away with hand battles and slight tugs. But a 2 and a half foot stretch of the Jersey? Just because they allow them to play doesn't mean anything goes.

The receiver didn't flop he was being held. Without him holding that's a TD
