So, I decided to take a "clear-eye" approach and watch the video. Some of the things I liked were his positive outlook (especially with what he went through), the joy he has playing the game, and that he touched on the need to do the little things consistently. They definitely need to do that. I also will concede that they did improve later in the season. With that said, the play was still not good, and we had weak opponents toward the end. I think we definitely need to stop the run better. I do think Jaylon speaks well. However, his play was not good. I hope that Dan Quinn can get him back to his 2018 self. The defence would be much better if that happened. I think we need to invest in DT, DBs, and LB. I think competition for him would help.
