Didn't read the article, but if they do everything right, it would take two years minimum to get a top defense here. Thats all we need to be a true contender.

-i'm not a big believer in CBs Chaverius Ward and Breeland nor the LBs Hitchens and Wilson - they are decent to average defenders, imo but the Chiefs coaching staff is somehow making it
work to allow them to compete. Thus they are not Dan Fouts' San Diego Chargers in all offense and no defense.
