No on Lawrence, I believe in Meyer. Fields has a high bust probability depending on who drafts him. Wilson I like a lot and dont get the Manziel comp. In fact when we were looking like 2 or 3 wins I hoped we would pick him.

What destroyed Manziel was that he learned how to improvise too much in college (he never developed a pocket presence), he thought he was faster than NFL linemen based on how he avoided college defenders and he had issues with alcohol.

I don't think Wilson has any of those issues. But, hey, these are your thoughts.

I'm saying these are crazy things I think though they are counter to what we're all hearing. And I'm extremely interested in hearing other crazy things people think that are outside the norm

Fields, right or wrong, is going to get dinged for past Ohio QBs. Isn't that what happened to Rodgers? Ppl thought it was all system and he dropped to the 20s.

Really do believe we'll end up with an offensive guy in the first, if we stick at 10, whether that is Pitts or an OT. Part of the reason I think this is because I think we sign Sherman as a starter and try to grab a guy that fits the cover 3 mould in the third

Can't wait for the Eagles. Their org is a mess right now.

I get the same feeling about this draft class with the QBs. I like Lawrence but something about that last game showed me he will have a period of adjustment in the NFL.

Manalive, you guys really need to stop looking at only one game. You can do that to all QB's coming out.

For instance, in Mahomes' 2nd to last college game he was 18/36 219yds/1 TD/2 INT's. Yup, he showed in that game that he was going to suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lawrence is a freak and his floor is a very good QB. He's Payton Manning w/ better wheels and a better arm.

I just have a hard time believing that someone with so much hype will work out. I have no real justification for doubting he'll succeed, other than the fact that people are acting like it's inevitable. No one is guaranteed to make it in the pros.

There are no blue chip players....just some really decent/depth guys....Feels like you want as many 2nd and 3rd round picks as possible...get what you can...then get out.....don't waste your time.
