Yep that too. I don't want to belittle what Brady did because he had some big time throws but his defense made this game a lot easier than it should've been.
But were there really any big time throws? Looked mainly regulation throws to me but his ability to read and dismantle the defense was very impressive.

I mean for him they were routine throws. He had all day to throw so yeah I wouldn't say anything was really difficult. The key was not beating themselves though and Brady did that effectively at least.

dez came down with the ball firmly in grip, took three steps and made a football move as he extended the ball toward the goal line. in the initial ruling on the field, the refs called it a catch. that's when the simulation we've been living in ever since split from reality

Brady is simply unreal. 43 years old and just lead a new team (that was 7-9 the year before) to a Super Bowl victory... as an underdog... against one of the greatest offenses in NFL history.... and he he’s about to win another Super Bowl MVP...

The undisputed GOAT. What a legend.

All true.

And he won 3 road playoff games, beating Brees and Rodgers to even get to the SB. Incredible. I have never been a Brady "fan"-- but you simply have to acknowledge greatness and he is unquestionably the GOAT. What a year for him and the Bucs. Gotta tip my cap to them.

He was straight up lethally efficient. The only QB in NFL history to complete 80% of his passes for 3 TDs in a single half. There were no "jaw dropping" moments-- but when you take a step back-- you realize he quietly played the most dominating first half of football in SB history. He got some help from the refs for sure-- but he took advantage of every opportunity he got.

So--- the fix is in eh? Brees, Rodgers just rolled over at home for ol' Rog and Brady? Mahomes chose to run for his life all night and almost get himself killed just so Brady could hoist his 7th Lombardi?
