What's funny is that a lot of the pieces that Tampa used (including Brady) to build this beast could have been Cowboys, but instead we insist on overpaying average talent like Dak, Zeke, and Jaylon.

Am I allowed some hyperbole please... The reason I said that was when I brought up Tanking this season in game 3 I was blasted across the board. I might have been the first to say it. But everyone is so high and mighty in this great organization that we can not tank on a lost season.

Thing is this Bucs outfit was no fluke win nor will they bottom out after 1 season like Philly did.

Bucs keep this group together on D they will be right up there in the NFC for at least 2 more years even if they lose a Gronk or AB.

They have VERY few key FAs:

Lavonte David
Gronkowski
Suh

THey can replace Gronk. Suh could come back on a 1yr deal.

Barrett & David will be tough to resign, but doable.

This team could come back next year almost whole w/ some added depth

Barrett is going to get paid. The one long-term Buc player that really never get talked about is Lavonte David, thought he did a terrific job covering Kelsey.

Lavonte has been one of the most underrated greats in the game of football because of how bad Tampa has been since 2007. He's such a good player I am glad he's got a ring and some actual spotlight.
