19 is more like the middle. Sounds about right. Offense that can score a lot, defense that stunk and will see major turnover.

Offense getting back Dak, Tyron, Collins, Martin, Jarwin. That's a whole lotta the offense.

Defense should get the bulks of the picks and money. Maybe we'll do something useful with them. Maybe not.

Your link doesn't put the Cowboys at the bottom. It puts them 19th. Which IMO is wishful thinking.
