Dude got some interesting takes. Those comps are hilarious!
Sewell comp is Peters? LOL Peters couldn't hold his jock in pass protection! I'll take Dak over Fields all day, every day.
Parsons/Smith just wow. How is Wilson in any way similar to Murry? Same for Lance and Jackson, LOL!
Surtain a faster Gilmore? Hand in that card now!

I like that.

But I’d be more happy with Moehrig or Grant in two paired with Surtain

Moehrig is going in the 20’s IMO. Nixon is a pipe dream at 44 IMO but a man can dream. He’s Aaron Donald light as he is quick. I also like the DT from USC.

I love Moehrig’s teammate Washington, but don’t think McClay will go for him because of his length.

Comps are tough and I def won't agree with many BUT a dozen guys now have compared Parsons to Jaylon.
People that strongly disagree likely didn't watch actual PSU games.
He was used to attack and had almost zero drop back duty.
Instincts are always an interesting discussion because most likely it is more how well a guy knows the offense he's facing because he's watched a lot of tape.
And it helps if you know the actual defense well enough to know everyone's role in it.

In a college defense you often put your best athlete on attack.
Can be a big DB like Jamal Adams or a LB like Parsons/Jaylon.
Then you get to the pros and ask of them different things in the scheme because guys always near the line in college become very blockable in the pros.

Parsons is a good prospect and almost everyone's LB1 but he isn't without flaw.
And Jaylon Smith is the team's most underrated player by this fan base led mostly by a few peoples axe to grind over his being drafted in round 2 while injured.

Based on this, to be the best options are

1. trade down and take Moehrig at 15-22 and try for Nixon at top of Rd 2

2. can’t trade down: take Surtain or Slater and try for DT or Grant with Rd 2 pick

3. if Parsons is Jaylon I’m running away as fast as I can

Hopefully the comparison to Jaylon is pre Norte dame injury. Not last season in Dallas lol

Length is a corner thing and it's not height, it's arm length. And a little short at FS I don't think is a big deal to the Cowboys since they would have taken 5-10 Earl Thomas. But taking a 5-8 Ar'Darius Washington? Might be a little too short for them at least in the 2nd round. Especially if he's only 180.

Umm, nice hot take - hate to break it to you but Peters in his prime was every bit as good as Tyron (maybe even a tad better because fewer holds).

I think he should get serious consideration if he last that long. (Besides FS) He's also one of the better slot corners that's why he's compared to honey badger.
